Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to MobAI Inc. services, including MoonShort, the MobAI website, account services, APIs, and related products. By using the services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate information, protect your account, and notify us of unauthorized use.

2. Acceptable use

We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use. Do not misuse the services, bypass access controls, interfere with operation, infringe rights, or use the services for unlawful or harmful activity.

3. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant MobAI a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, operate, display, and improve the services with that content. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit it. We may review, restrict, or remove content.

4. Intellectual property and purchases

MobAI and its licensors retain rights in the services, software, models, designs, trademarks, stories, and game mechanics. Virtual items have no cash value. Purchases are final except where refunds are required by law.

5. AI and third-party services

Some content may be generated in whole or in part by AI and may contain errors or unexpected outputs. Third-party websites and identity providers have their own terms and privacy practices.

6. Privacy and termination

Your use of the services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access when needed to protect the services, users, or our rights.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MobAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. These Terms are governed by Delaware law, with disputes resolved in state or federal courts located in Delaware.
